We believe the best food should be freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. We also source only the best quality fish, meats, potatoes and ingredients with commitment, care and sustainable sourcing in mind. Most importantly we change our oil up to 7 times a week to ensure the freshest and tastiest dishes are delivered, with the potatoes peeled and cut in the shop at 6am every morning, and fish prepared and hand-battered for every order.
